Our handcrafted artisan products are made using only the finest materials, including Swarovski crystals, high-quality ribbons and beads, and natural dried roses. Each item is unique due to the nature of handcrafting, as no two are exactly alike. We pay attention to the smallest details to ensure that our artistic products meet our highest standards.

Our handcrafted artisan items are not eligible for return or exchange, but feel free to reach out to us via email and we'll do our best to assist you. Non-handcrafted items can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date. 

We offer complimentary shipping for all handcrafted items, while there is a flat fee of $9.99 for our non-handcrafted home decor products. Please note that shipping is limited to the USA only.
